No calorie counter, no social feed. Repondo does exactly one thing: plan, guide, and log your strength training.

Workout plans

Push/pull/legs, full body, or your own split. Targets per set: weight, reps, rest time – duplicate plans and reuse them as templates.

Guided sessions

Check off a set and the rest timer starts on its own – even with your iPhone locked. A running session is never lost, even after a crash or a dead battery.

Watch without iPhone

Your Apple Watch tracks the entire workout on its own. As soon as your devices reconnect, they sync up automatically.

Apple Health

Live heart rate while you train; finished workouts and calories go to Apple Health – only if you allow it. The app works fine without.

History & statistics

Volume, personal records, and per-exercise trends. Next time you train, you'll see right away: last time 175 lb × 8.

Export & import

Export all your data as JSON, back it up, import it again. Backups and device switches without being forced into a cloud.

Apple Watch

Your iPhone stays in the bag.

Start your plan right on the watch, check off sets from your wrist, and adjust weight and reps with the Digital Crown. Your hands stay on the equipment – not on your phone.

Privacy

Privacy by design. For real.

Repondo has no server of its own – and doesn't want one. Everything is stored and processed on your device; syncing happens exclusively through your private iCloud, which the developer cannot access.

  • No account, no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • No network connections to the developer's or any third party's servers.
  • Health data stays on your device – heart rate, calories, and body measurements never reach iCloud.
  • Sync only through your Apple ID: a private CloudKit database for plans, logs, and settings.
  • Export, import, and full deletion at any time – GDPR rights built in.
